Price Match Conditions
Below are the guide lines for successful price match:
- Items must be in-stock at the retailer we are price matching.
- If you find a lower price after purchasing contacts from us, we must receive your request to price match within seven days of your order date.
- Competitor multi-box discounts will only be honored if the minimum quantity to receive the discount is purchased.
- Price-matched orders are not eligible for additional special offers, coupons or discounts.
- Competitor's total price including shipping, handling, processing and hidden fees must be lower than total price including same fees at visionaryoptometrists.com.au.
What are the exclusions?
- Competitor offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
- Pricing with included delivery.
- Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
- Clearance products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classified websites.
- Products delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors.
